This acrylic and oil painting was inspired by the many sketches and paintings I have made of our cherry blossom tree. The tree stretches across our back garden and it's always heavily laden with blossoms. As the title suggests, it's a time of year I look forward to. I love to capture the delicate mix of pink and peach tones on a clear day.
