All shipping prices are included in the price of the item.

Our small to medium size paintings/items are shipped throughout Ireland/EU/ UK by registered post using our postal service in Ireland An Post.
Once you have completed your order online, we post your painting/item as soon as possible and we forward you your tracking number.
Usually this service delivers between 2 to 5 working days.
However please contact us if you do not receive your artwork/item within 5 days.
These guidelines are for shipping to Ireland, the EU and the UK.
If it is a larger painting/item we will ship your piece using a courier service.
These shipping charges are included in the price of the painting/item.
A valid address is required for courier service, this is an address that does not have a P.O. Box.
Please be aware that there are current delays in shipping to the UK.
For the rest of the world, to ship your artwork/item, we will be using a courier service.
This service also requires that you provide a valid postal address not a P.O. Box address.
Delivery times for this service may take from 5-10 working days.
However please contact me if you do not receive your artwork/item in this time frame.

Every effort is made to provide full customer satisfaction with our service.
However in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with our artwork/item you can return the artwork and you will receive a full refund.
If you are unsatisfied with any item, don’t hesitate to contact us, we can discuss any issues you are going through with our product.
To return an item the customer must provide proof of purchase and reason for return via email.
Our Policy for returning an artwork/item is 14 days.
Unfortunately artworks/items received after this time cannot be accepted as a return or exchange.
All returns must be unused, untouched and unharmed and in the same condition as they were received.
The customer takes full responsibility for the care and handling of the artwork/item for return shipping.
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with our artwork/item you can return the item and you will receive a full refund.
